We do not have a policy.
no, We do not have a BYOD or any type of electronic devices that help at the council meeting other than the laptop i do minutes on.
We do not use electronic devices.
We do not have a policy but probably should try to develop one.

Just remember to remind them that all personal devices that conduct government business are open to the Inspection of Public Records Act (IPRA). Email, texts, call logs and browser logs can be viewed on the device.
We do not have a policy that covers using our own personal devices but I do use my own laptop as opposed to using the County owned that was issued to me. I do this understanding the risk that it could very well be taken into custody as evidence should something ever happen.
Maybe it is time we actually implement a policy.
